Caroline Docherty, owner of the Teesside and South Durham Musical Minis franchise has been announced as a finalist in the EWIF, Encouraging Women Into Franchising, awards. Caroline is in the new franchisee category, an award sponsored by NatWest.

Caroline purchased her resale franchise in January 2014 and gave birth to her third child in July 2014. She consistently makes running a business around three very young children look easy, something most of us have struggled with for years!

Although the business was doing well when she bought it, she has grown income by 40% since initial purchase.
