Hi I am Karen Sherr, the founder of Musical Minis.

Thank you for your interest in the Musical Minis children’s franchise opportunity.

As a mother of 3 children, I understand the pressures and difficulties in balancing work and home life. In recognition of this, the values that I have established for Musical Minis revolve around a freedom of choice for my franchisees. The franchisees have a big say in the exclusive area that is established for them, they choose how many hours they want to dedicate to the franchise and what targets they want to set themselves. I see my role as franchisor as being the person who helps them achieve their objectives.

These same values dictate the way that I offer my help and support. My aim is to be there when the franchisee wants without being overly intrusive or demanding upon their time. I keep in regular contact with all my franchisees, giving them advice, guidance and statistical information so that they can keep their business plans on track. I visit them and arrange an annual conference for them, making sure they see this as their meeting with their agenda points covered. Being a franchisee can be a lonely existence. However, my franchisees keep in regular contact with me and with each other so that they feel part of a team.

So many of our franchisees have switched from professional careers and are now running their own businesses, enjoying the flexibility, income and work/life balance on offer. Musical Minis is really business made fun.
